Lucien Seevagen

Lucien Seevagen (French 1887-1959)

 

Lucien Séevagen was born at Chaumont (Haute-Marne). Séevagen studied at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and then in the atelier of Eugène Charvot. He regularly exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon d'Automne, and the Salon des Tuileries. Lucien Séevagen settled on the Île de Bréhat, and specialised in landscapes of Brittany and Normandy.
